Solution Architect - Payment application H/F

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


Reporting to TSS SW R&D System Architecture Lead you will strive for continuous improvement in business and team processes across the chain and identify improvement needs. In particular, you will drive the description of a Solution composed of multiple payment applications developed in Android Competence Centre in Vietnam (150p.) France and in Belgium.

- You provide services in the areas of requirements analysis, function process system design and production support for several applications.
- You help us embrace the versatility of our ecosystem and define a common model that can be reproduced in many places.
- You help identify and understand customer needs and translate this into solutions.
- You have a deep understanding of the system(s) which are part of your responsibility as well as other systems in the chain.
- You work with product owners to map out the desired future service and processes and conveys this vision to the team.
- You share with partners the relevant architecture elements and to animate architecture forum with fellow architects and development teams.
- You perform verification of the architectures regarding the technical and organisational constraints.
- You detail all the aspects of the solution.


Signs of success:

- Provide preliminary architecture's description useful for workload estimations
- Take the lead in coordinating workshops for aligning requirements
- To provide architectures description and functional design to development teams in accordance with the architectural principle and guidelines and in alignment with software architects and specialists of the development teams
- To propose appropriate development models for the components.
- To define the end-to-end testing strategy with Payment solutions architects
- Keep your knowledge of software development and testing up to date.
- Collaborate with customers, clients and colleagues about the desired functionalities and solutions in a multinational context


Skills we can't do without:

- Solution architecture specialist experience.
- SysML, UML.
- Knowledge about payment solutions, security standards: PCI PTS, PCI P2PE, PCI PIN.
- Knowledge about card acceptance: EMV, Payment flows.
- Embedded and server development models, programming languages: JAVA, Kotlin, C/C++, Python.
- Continuous integration/delivery: Jenkins, automatic testing.
- English fluent.

Skills we'd like:

- Communication, writing, dynamic, meticulous, curious.
- Master level in Computer sciences or equivalent.
- Former experience in needs captures and modelisation.
- Former experience as software or solution architect.
- Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
- Microsoft Visio.
- Transversal management, group animation.
